What can I use it with?

Does cold smoke cook the food?
No. This is a flavoring tool. Food must be prepared and cooked safely before serving; cold smoking does not cook or preserve it.
What is included?
The smoking gun, flexible hose, disk lid, seven wood-chip flavors, four AA batteries, extra mesh set and cleaning brush. Glassware, serving dishes and a glass dome are not included.
